The Live Info Media
A distressing event occurred recently at the Tis Hazari court premises in Delhi, where a Delhi Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) named Rajesh Kumar suddenly collapsed and died. The incident, which happened on a Monday (October 6th), was captured on CCTV. The video shows Kumar arriving for his duty around 9:22 am and greeting his colleagues before heading toward an escalator. Suddenly, he fell to the ground.
His colleagues quickly rushed to help him and took him to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, doctors there declared him dead, suspecting the cause to be a heart attack. ASI Kumar was posted in the court’s security and screening wing. This tragic event highlights a concerning trend of sudden heart-related deaths that have been increasing in India over the past few years, with several similar incidents caught on camera.
For example, a comparable incident took place in July of the same year in Faridabad, Haryana. A man named Pankaj Sharma suddenly collapsed and died of a suspected heart attack while he was exercising at a gym in Ballabhgarh. That incident, involving Sharma who reportedly weighed around 170 kg, was also captured on the gym’s CCTV, further emphasizing the growing number of sudden collapses and deaths being recorded in public settings.
